Reflection on My Internship Experience:

My B.Ed. internship has been a meaningful and transformative journey that helped me grow both personally and professionally. Being in the classroom allowed me to experience the real dynamics of teaching, student behavior, and classroom management. I learned how important it is to connect with students, understand their learning needs, and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

Throughout the internship, I improved in areas such as lesson planning, time management, teaching methodology, and using teaching aids effectively. I also gained confidence in delivering lessons clearly and checking students’ understanding through questioning, discussion, and activities. The support and feedback from my mentor teacher played a crucial role in refining my teaching skills.

This experience also helped me understand that teaching is not only about delivering content

it is about inspiring, guiding, and helping students grow academically, emotionally, and socially.
